Novotel Goa Resort & Spa and Novotel Goa Candolim have announced the appointment of Resha Naik as Marketing & Communications Manager
Returning to the twin properties, Resha brings with her a wealth of hospitality marketing expertise and a deep understanding of the brands, having previously played a pivotal role in strengthening their market presence and executing impactful marketing initiatives.
Resha’s hospitality journey is rooted in a strong operational foundation. She began her career in Leisure Reservations before moving into Sales, eventually discovering her passion for Marketing & Communications. This progression has enabled her to develop a well-rounded commercial perspective, combining operational insight with strategic brand building.
Over the course of her career, Resha has held key marketing and commercial roles with renowned hospitality brands, including Hilton Hotels and Resorts and Accor Hotels in Dubai. Her diverse experience across luxury and upscale hospitality has equipped her with expertise in integrated marketing, brand positioning, digital strategy, content development, public relations, media engagement, and strategic partnerships.

In her new role, Resha Naik will focus on strengthening the market positioning of Novotel Goa Candolim as the preferred destination for leisure and MICE travellers in North Goa, while spearheading strategic marketing initiatives to support the relaunch of the newly renovated room product at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa in October 2026. Working closely with the leadership team, she will drive integrated campaigns, strategic partnerships, and guest engagement initiatives to further enhance the visibility and commercial performance of both hotels.
