W Goa has announced the appointment of CA Girdhar Jangid as its new Director of Finance
Bringing over 14 years of experience in hospitality finance, Girdhar has built a distinguished career in financial leadership across the industry. His extensive experience and strong understanding of the hospitality sector make him a valuable addition to W Goa’s leadership team.
Girdhar began his career with a chartered accountancy firm before transitioning into hospitality, where he steadily built expertise in strategic financial planning and advising senior leadership on key business decisions. Over the years, he has played an instrumental role in driving cross-functional collaboration, leading finance training initiatives for operational teams, and strengthening financial processes across hotel operations.
In his role as Director of Finance, Girdhar will oversee the resort’s financial operations, working closely with the leadership team to support the property’s long-term business objectives. His responsibilities will include budgeting and forecasting, capital expenditure management, cost optimisation, regulatory compliance, and strengthening financial governance across the resort. He will also focus on ensuring sound financial practices that support the resort’s continued growth and operational success.
