Novotel Pune has announced the appointment of Riddhi Dhotre as its new Housekeeping Manager and Neha Pant as its new Learning & Development Manager

The two seasoned hospitality professionals bring with them a wealth of industry experience that will further strengthen the hotel’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering a high-performing workplace.

Joining as Housekeeping Manager, Riddhi Dhotre brings over nine plus years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with renowned brands including Ibis Pune, Novotel Pune, Marriott Jaipur, Conrad Pune and JW Marriott Pune. Having built her career across various housekeeping roles, she has developed expertise in quality assurance, team leadership, guest relations, inventory management and operational efficiency. Her experience in maintaining high service standards and mentoring teams will play a vital role in enhancing the hotel’s housekeeping operations.

As Learning & Development Manager, Neha Pant brings over fifteen plus years of experience across hospitality and education. Her career includes leadership roles with Accor, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and IIHM Pune, where she successfully led learning initiatives, employee engagement programmes and talent development strategies. Recognised as the Learning & Development Person of the Year at the Accor South Asia Hotel Awards 2024 and Unsung Hero of the Year at the Hotelier India Awards 2024, Neha has consistently demonstrated her ability to build learning cultures that empower employees and strengthen organisational performance.
