DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road has announced the appointment of Karan Singhal as its new Marketing & Communications Manager
With over six years of experience in hospitality marketing and communications, Karan brings expertise across hospitality marketing, brand communications, digital marketing, public relations, social media and integrated campaigns.
In his new role, Karan Singhal will spearhead the hotel’s marketing and communications strategy, with a focus on driving experience-led marketing campaigns, strengthening brand positioning and creating compelling guest touchpoints across rooms, dining and experiences. He will work towards redefining the hotel’s F&B landscape through distinctive campaigns, collaborations and experiential concepts, while strengthening the property’s digital presence, media visibility and engagement with key audiences. His mandate will also include building strategic partnerships and developing integrated marketing initiatives that reinforce the hotel’s positioning within Bengaluru’s dynamic hospitality and dining landscape.
Karan began his marketing journey with Eleven Inc, a Gurugram-based integrated hospitality marketing agency, before moving into hotel marketing with Novotel & Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, where he served as Complex Marketing & Communications Executive. He subsequently joined Hyatt Regency Ludhiana as Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communications.
Prior to joining DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, Karan Singhal was associated with The LaLiT Chandigarh as Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communications, where he headed the hotel’s marketing and communications function.

Karan Singhal is a graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management Aurangabad, where he completed his B.A. (Hons.) in Hotel Management. He also holds an MBA in Marketing from Manipal University Jaipur.
With a digital-first approach and a passion for hospitality storytelling, Karan will focus on building meaningful connections between the brand and its audiences while creating distinctive campaigns and experiences that contribute to the hotel’s continued growth and relevance in the Bengaluru market.
