Grand Mercure Bangalore has announced the appointment of Geena George as its new Associate Director of People & Culture

With over 15 years of experience in hospitality human resources across India and the Middle East, Geena brings expertise across talent acquisition, learning and development, organisational development, employee engagement and performance management. Over the course of her career, she has worked with leading hospitality brands including Radisson Hotel Group, Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi, The Raviz Hotels & Resorts and Accor, where she has contributed to building high performing teams, nurturing talent and creating engaging workplace cultures.

Before joining Grand Mercure Bangalore, Geena served as People & Culture Manager at Grand Mercure Ahmedabad GIFT City, where she drove learning and development programmes, employee engagement initiatives and structured retention strategies, supporting greater workforce stability. Her earlier roles at Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road, Radisson Blu Atria Bengaluru and Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi gave her experience across HR transformation, leadership development, CSR and employee recognition, while supporting colleagues and teams through different stages of organisational growth.
