Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli, part of Accor Group, has announced the appointment of Gopal Jha as its new General Manager
Gopal brings extensive hospitality experience across operations, food & beverage, events, pre-openings, guest experience and team leadership.
Over the course of his career, Gopal has worked with leading hospitality brands and in diverse markets, including Accor, Radisson Hotel Group, St. Regis, IHG, Marriott, Hyatt and The Diplomatic Club. His experience spans luxury hotels, resorts, airport properties and pre-opening projects.
In his new role, Gopal will oversee the overall operations of Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli, with a focus on operational efficiency, service standards, guest experience and team development.
