Namah Nainital, a member of Radisson Individuals Retreats, has announced the appointment of Anjana Manohar as its new General Manager
With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Anjana brings extensive expertise across hotel operations, commercial strategy, revenue management, guest experience and people leadership to her new role.
Anjana takes on the leadership of Namah Nainital at an exciting phase in the property’s journey as it establishes its identity as a distinctive Radisson Individuals Retreat. Formerly known as The Manu Maharani, the property has a rich legacy and an established presence in Nainital’s hospitality landscape. In her new role, Anjana will lead the overall operations of the property, with a focus on strengthening its market positioning, driving business performance, elevating guest experiences and developing high-performing teams.
Over the course of her career, Anjana has worked with some of India’s leading hospitality organisations, including Radisson Hotel Group, IHG Hotels & Resorts and The Oberoi Group. Her experience across these renowned hospitality brands has provided her with a strong understanding of diverse hotel operations, commercial performance, service excellence and strategic leadership.
A HSMAI Certified Hotel Business Acumen (CHBA) professional, Anjana Manohar combines strong operational expertise with a commercial and financial perspective. Her leadership approach focuses on sustainable business growth, revenue optimisation, profitability, service excellence and people development.
