Hyatt Place Butwal has announced the appointment of Suraj Pandey as its new Food & Beverage
Suraj brings with him over 15 years of rich experience in the hospitality industry, along with global hospitality experience in reputed hotels and cruise operations. He began his professional journey in 2011 and steadily progressed through the ranks, starting with Kempinski Hote, Ajmal, UAE and later with Jumeirah Jabil Saray, Dubai, UAE. In Sep 2017, he advanced his career by joining Tiger Palace Resort & Casino in Bhairahawa, Nepal as Assistant F&B manager, where he further strengthened his expertise in service and team management strategies to boost business profits.
In April 2021, Suraj worked as F&B Manager at Tiger Palace Resort & Casino. Recently, he has been working with Siddhartha Vilasa, Bhairahawa, Nepal as F&B Manager.
Across these diverse and progressive roles, Suraj has consistently demonstrated close collaboration with sales and marketing through direct client interactions and market visits, supporting event sales, enhancing client retention, and reinforcing the hotel’s market positioning.
