Atmosphere Living, part of the growing Atmosphere Core portfolio, and Midas Group have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to develop and manage approximately 1,000 keys over the next three years, marking the beginning of a long-term strategic partnership between the two companies
The collaboration will commence with the development of a landmark hospitality destination in Udaipur, Rajasthan, and lays the foundation for exploring future opportunities together.
The first project under this partnership is an approximately 30-acre integrated hospitality development in Udaipur, envisioned as a distinctive premium destination anchored by a planned 300-key hotel and resort. The development will be positioned to meet the city’s growing demand for luxury leisure stays, destination weddings, celebrations and events.
With its strategic location, scale and strong hospitality positioning, the project is expected to further strengthen Udaipur’s standing on India’s luxury tourism and destination wedding map. The destination is envisioned to bring together premium accommodation, leisure experiences and event-led offerings, appealing to both domestic and international travellers.
The MOU represents more than the beginning of a single project. It marks the foundation of a long-term relationship between Atmosphere Living and Midas Group, bringing together the respective strengths, experience and ambitions of both organisations. As part of this partnership, the two companies have outlined plans to sign approximately 1,000 keys across projects over the next three years, with Udaipur serving as the first step in this collaboration. The Udaipur project itself is targeted for completion and launch from 2030 onwards.

Its scale and positioning will enable it to serve a broad spectrum of travellers while responding to the continued growth of the destination wedding and experiential travel markets in Rajasthan.
The MOU was signed on 6 September 2026, formally marking the start of the long-term strategic partnership between Atmosphere Living and Midas Group. Representing Midas Group, Durga Prasad Agarwal joined the signing alongside the Atmosphere Living team. The occasion was celebrated with an intimate gathering at the soon-to-open ONE Atmosphere Suites, Gurugram, bringing both teams together to mark the start of this collaboration.
The partnership underscores Atmosphere Living‘s focus on building strategic relationships and expanding its presence across high-potential destinations, while working with experienced development partners to create distinctive, location-rooted hospitality experiences aligned with contemporary expectations of luxury and service.
