Le Meridien Surat has announced the appointment of Pradeep Menon as its new Director of Sales & Marketing
Pradeep brings over 14 years of experience across luxury and upper-upscale hospitality.
In his new role, Pradeep Menon will lead the hotel’s commercial strategy, focusing on MICE, weddings, social celebrations, corporate business, and leisure. An MBA graduate, he brings expertise in revenue strategy, market repositioning, luxury and resort sales, multi-property operations, team development and forecasting. He will also focus on strengthening the hotel’s F&B and experiential offerings while identifying new opportunities across key market segments.
Pradeep Menon began his hospitality career with Hilton, with professional stints across Chennai, Mumbai and Trivandrum. He subsequently held leadership positions with Radisson Blu, Fairfield by Marriott, Renaissance Ahmedabad, Four Points by Sheraton and Taj Madikeri Resort & Spa, Coorg. His career has given him exposure to business hotels, luxury resorts and multi-property operations, along with experience in pre-opening environments.

As part of his mandate, Pradeep Menon will look beyond the hotel’s established strengths in events and banqueting to build stronger engagement with leisure travellers and local audiences. His approach will also focus on evolving guest preferences across F&B, wellness, flexible MICE formats and contemporary wedding experiences, while ensuring the hotel remains connected to the character and aspirations of Surat.
Outside work, Pradeep Menon enjoys singing, travelling and cooking. His travels have given him an appreciation of different cultures and guest experiences, while cooking remains a personal interest that helps him unwind.
