Bringing with him 25 years of rich and diverse experience, Amit’s career has been shaped by some of India’s most iconic hospitality institutions. He began his journey with renowned names like The Imperial and The Oberoi Group, where he built a strong foundation in timeless service and operational excellence. His trajectory then scaled new heights as he helmed marquee destinations such as JW Marriott Jaipur and drove transformative growth across the Marriott Hyderabad Cluster — proving his mettle in both luxury and large-scale operations.

Most recently, Amit Sachdeva led the reimagination of ultra-luxury living at The Camellias, Gurugram — a landmark project that pushed boundaries and redefined residential hospitality. From celebrated city hotels to ultra-exclusive enclaves, his journey reflects not just expertise, but an evolving instinct to elevate experiences into lasting emotions.

But beyond his accolades lies what truly defines him — a leadership style that sees hospitality not as a service, but as a sensibility — perfectly in tune with our philosophy at JW Marriott Mussoorie. Combining sharp attention to detail with a deep-rooted empathy, Amit leads with a philosophy that the finest guest experiences begin before arrival. His commitment to building empowered, inspired teams translates effortlessly into genuine warmth and meaningful moments for every guest.

His vision for Mussoorie is both simple and soulful — to transform every stay into a gentle return to living. “This is a destination where time unwinds naturally and memories linger quietly,” said Amit Sachdeva. “I look forward to creating experiences that feel deeply personal — where guests can slow down, savour, and connect, not just with their surroundings, but with themselves and those they cherish most.”
