This greenfield project will be part of a mixed-use development.

This signing aligns with our strategy of expanding IHCL’s footprint in high-growth urban clusters.”
The 180-key Gateway Bibvewadi Pune, Maharashtra is strategically located close to the city centre. The hotel will offer a vibrant culinary experience through an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, and a specialty restaurant. Recreational facilities include a state-of-the-art gym and a swimming pool. With a banqueting space spanning approx. 4,000 sq. ft., complemented by smaller meeting rooms and pre-function areas, the hotel also caters to business and social gatherings.
Often referred to as the ‘Oxford of the East’ due to its prestigious educational institutions, Pune has long been recognised as a cultural and educational hub.
