A seasoned hospitality professional with over 19 years of experience, Raghvendra brings a wealth of knowledge and proven expertise in sales operations, hotel openings, and strategic marketing.
In his most recent role, Raghvendra was an integral part of the pre-opening teams at India’s first voco hotel in Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand, and Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90—both under the IHG Hotels banner. Over the course of his career, he has worked with esteemed hospitality brands including Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd., Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, and ITC WelcomHeritage, developing a strong foundation in both hotel operations and sales & marketing.
Raghvendra is known as a people-centric leader and a results-driven commercial strategist. His core strengths lie in revenue management, key account management, and business development, backed by a proven track record of building long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel companies, event planners, and key industry associations.
In his new role, Raghvendra will focus on increasing the revenue share of Radisson Blu Towers Kaushambi by implementing dynamic sales strategies, identifying emerging market trends, and leading a team of passionate sales professionals. He is equally committed to coaching his team to surpass performance benchmarks while delivering exceptional customer service.
Outside of work, Raghvendra enjoys traveling to offbeat destinations, discovering new cuisines, and spending quality time with friends and family.
