Most recently, he served as Director of Rooms at Taj Cidade de Goa, where his reliability, operational expertise, and guest-centric approach earned him recognition across the company. His leadership style is marked by consistency, a deep understanding of guest service excellence, and a positive approach to problem-solving. Known for his ability to develop and empower teams, he combines strategic thinking with a calm demeanour—qualities that make him highly dependable in dynamic operational settings.
