TreeHouse Hotels has announced the signing of its newest experiential destination — TreeHouse Exotic Ekaant Forest Resort, Corbett — set to open in Q4 2026

Spread across 5 acres of pristine forested landscape near Jim Corbett National Park, this retreat will redefine wellness, dining, and leisure experiences amid the solitude of nature.
The name Ekaant, meaning “solitude,” reflects the resort’s ethos. Located amidst dense woodlands close to the Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve, the property has been envisioned as a sanctuary where guests can disconnect from urban life and reconnect with the wilderness.
Nestled near Jim Corbett National Park, India’s first national park, the property benefits from its extraordinary setting. Spread over 520 square kilometers of hills, rivers, and sal forests, Corbett is home to the iconic Royal Bengal Tiger, elephants, leopards, and more than 600 species of birds. It remains a paradise for nature lovers, birdwatchers, photographers, and adventure seekers alike.
Speaking on the signing, Karan Tiwari, Owner of TreeHouse Exotic Ekaant Forest Resort, said, “With Ekaant, we wanted to create more than just a resort — we wanted to create an extraordinary experience in the wilderness. Ekaant allows you a reset from the usual, an escape from the bustle of the city, with unspoilt access to nature, complemented with comfort and luxury. Guests can expect immersive, peaceful and a one of a kind getaway here.”

Jayant Singh, Founder of TreeHouse Hotels & Resorts, added, “It is a pleasure to partner with someone who understands nature and has been part of the ecosystem from birth and understands the importance of curating experiences which are one with nature. Exotic is our premium brand, with it, we plan to provide luxury experiences.”
With its launch slated for late Q4 2026, TreeHouse Exotic Ekaant Forest Resort, Corbett is poised to become a landmark destination for travelers seeking meaningful, nature-integrated luxury escapes within drivable distance from the NCR region.
