With over 14 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing, business development, and key account management, Prabal brings a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic client relationships across leading hospitality brands.
Before his elevation at Courtyard by Marriott Raipur, Prabal had been associated with Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar and Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur, where he played an instrumental role in enhancing market share, strengthening corporate partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Prabal’s expertise lies in developing innovative sales strategies, optimising profitability, and executing market expansion initiatives that align with business objectives. His leadership style focuses on collaboration, innovation, and delivering measurable results.
In his new role, he will spearhead the hotel’s sales strategy — focusing on expanding market presence, nurturing key accounts, and driving overall business performance.
