With over 13+years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Rajeev Ranjan Goswami has led revenue growth, brand positioning, and pre-opening success across reputed hotel brands.
His career includes key roles with ITC Bangalore, Radisson Ranchi, and pre-opening leadership for Radisson Dhanbad and Ramada by Wyndham Ranchi. Rajeev has consistently delivered strong topline performance, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across the East Zone and now the Western region.
Currently serving as Director of Sales & Marketing at Ramada by Wyndham Navi Mumbai, he continues to drive business excellence through data-led strategy, team leadership, and Guest-centric innovation.
In recognition of his outstanding contribution to the hospitality industry, he was honoured with the prestigious Jharkhand Ratna Award (2024) in the Hospitality segment.
