The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Amita Singh Rana as its Director of Sales
Amita brings with her over 17 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in sales, marketing, and revenue growth. She has successfully handled the Gurugram and Delhi markets with leading hotel brands, consistently driving business expansion through innovative sales strategies and strong client relationships.
Before joining The Westin Pushkar, Amita served as Director of Sales – Banquets at Lemon Tree Hotel & Red Fox Hotel & Convention Centre, Gurgaon, where she was recognized with the “Champions of the Year Award” for exceptional performance in FY 2023-24. She also successfully completed the Future GM Turnstile Leaders Program by Harappa Education, an initiative for grooming future hospitality leaders. Under her leadership, the property achieved a 32% year-over-year revenue growth, while she also played a key role in developing advanced sales tools and CRM platforms.
In her new role at The Westin Pushkar, Amita will be focusing on driving sales across diverse segments including MICE, weddings, and corporate business, while aligning with the resort’s vision of delivering unparalleled guest experiences. She is known for her dynamic approach, strong negotiation skills, and ability to cultivate lasting client relationships, ensuring sustainable business growth.

Her deep expertise in MICE, residential weddings, and corporate sales, combined with her proven track record of revenue growth, positions her perfectly to lead the sales strategy at The Westin Pushkar.
