Hilton Mumbai International Airport has announced the appointment of Amol Reel as its new Commercial Director

Amol brings over a decade of extensive experience across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy, having worked with globally renowned hospitality brands including Taj Hotels, Hyatt, and Hilton. Prior to this role, he served as Director of Sales at Conrad Pune, where he played a key role in accelerating revenue performance, enhancing brand positioning, and leading high-performing teams.
An alumnus of Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute, Amol began his hospitality journey with Taj Hotels as a Taj Hospitality Trainee in Food & Beverage Service, before transitioning into Sales Operations. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for delivering results-driven strategies and fostering a performance-oriented culture.
In his new role, Amol will oversee the hotel’s Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Distribution functions, with a focus on developing integrated commercial strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
