An accomplished hospitality professional with nearly 14 years of rich experience, Aniket has built an impressive career across the luxury and upscale hotel segments.
Having been associated with Marriott International for the past 14 plus years, Aniket brings deep operational insight, strong brand understanding, and a thorough command of industry best practices. A graduate of Pune University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management & Catering Technology, he has honed his expertise through key roles across renowned brands, including Marriott and Hyatt, gaining extensive experience in Hotel Operations, Sales, and Revenue Management.
Aniket Kulkarni brings with him a robust and diverse background in hospitality, having most recently served as the General Manager at Courtyard Pune, Hinjewadi. During his tenure, the hotel experienced notable growth in guest engagement, enhanced service standards, and the successful implementation of key brand initiatives. His ability to drive performance while nurturing a strong team culture has been instrumental in the property’s continued success.
