Ashish’s career spans several iconic Marriott brands, including JW Marriott Chandigarh, Renaissance Lucknow, and Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, where he progressively advanced through finance leadership roles. He joins Renaissance Goa from Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim, where he served as Assistant Director of Finance and led the hotel’s finance function, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, compliance, and business performance reviews. Before joining Marriott International, he built a strong foundation in core finance operations at ibis Gurgaon and Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Gurugram.

At Renaissance Goa, Ashish will be leading the finance department, working closely with operational leaders to enhance financial discipline and support strategic decision-making as the property builds its performance trajectory.

Reflecting on his new role, Ashish Pandey said, “Finance in a hotel has to move at the same pace as the guest experience. I’ve spent years learning how budgets, forecasts, and daily operations connect, and I want that understanding to shape how we run this property. Numbers should give the team confidence, not just a record of what already happened.”
