Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) has signed a Hotel Management Agreement for Zone Connect by The Park Aurangabad, marking another step in the company’s expansion across emerging business and leisure destinations in India
Located on Beed Bypass in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, the upcoming hotel will have convenient access to the city’s three major MIDC industrial zones, key transport links and wedding venues.
For travellers looking to explore the region, the hotel will provide a base to discover Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar’s rich history and cultural legacy, including the iconic Ajanta and Ellora caves, historic forts and museums. By catering to both business and leisure needs, the property aims to serve a varied mix of visitors to the city.
The 50-key property will feature accommodation, an all-day dining restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room/boardroom, and fitness and wellness facilities.
