Hyatt Ahmedabad has announced the appointment of Chef Najrul Beg as its new Executive Chef

A graduate in Hotel Management from Alagappa University, Chef Najrul began his culinary career as a Trainee Commis at Radisson GRT, Chennai. His career spans iconic hospitality names including The Leela, Accor, Park Hyatt, and The Ritz-Carlton. Most recently, he led the culinary team as Executive Chef at Hyatt Place Jaipur.
Chef Najrul’s culinary philosophy mirrors that of haute couture—innovative, evolving, and deeply expressive. A firm believer in collaboration, he sees people as the true ingredients behind success. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys discovering local culinary gems and cherishing time with family. His motto is to innovate with soul and simplicity.
