Le Méridien Nagpur has announced the appointment of Chef Pankaj Rana as its new Executive Chef

Chef Pankaj Rana’s professional journey reflects a versatile mastery of both luxury dining and high-volume culinary operations. He began his career in the United Kingdom, gaining valuable European culinary exposure at Ramada United Kingdom and the prestigious Royal Highland Scotland.
He further strengthened his expertise with ITC Hotels, where he developed a deep understanding of regional culinary traditions and five-star hospitality standards. Expanding his strategic capabilities, Chef Rana later served as a Corporate Chef, successfully scaling food concepts for multiple PAN-India Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) formats.
Chef Rana subsequently reinforced his luxury hospitality credentials at Sheraton Grand Palace, seamlessly aligning his culinary expertise with Marriott’s globally renowned standards of excellence. Known for his command over global cuisine, he specializes in blending authentic international techniques with contemporary presentation styles.

His appointment marks an exciting new chapter for Le Méridien Nagpur’s food and beverage portfolio, with guests set to experience thoughtfully curated menus inspired by his extensive travels and passion for culinary exploration. Outside the kitchen, Chef Rana enjoys discovering local food cultures during his travels and spending his leisure time playing cricket.
