Chef Shiwam has been a part of some of the country’s most renowned hotels, including DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram, Holiday Inn New Delhi, and Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad.
Known for his passion for food and commitment to excellence, Chef Shiwam is also a creative force in the kitchen — constantly developing new recipes, exploring global flavours, and enhancing dining experiences for guests. His culinary style blends innovation with authenticity, and he is especially skilled at crafting memorable dining moments through well-balanced flavours and meticulous presentation.

In his new role at Courtyard by Marriott Surat, Chef Shiwam will lead the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences across the hotel’s restaurants, events, and in-room dining services. His expertise and dynamic leadership are expected to elevate the hotel’s food & beverage offerings to new heights.
