With over 22 years of distinguished experience in the hospitality industry, he brings with him a wealth of expertise, strategic insight, and a strong commitment to quality.
His core proficiency spans Pan Asian, Western, and South Indian cuisines, with a special mastery in authentic Tamil cuisine. Chef Suresh is widely recognised for seamlessly blending traditional flavors with contemporary presentation and global techniques, creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven food and beverage profitability while upholding the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
