Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Chetan Sharma as its Food & Beverage Manager

With over 18 years of rich experience in hospitality, Chetan Sharma brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team. He joins the Jaisalmer Marriott family from his most recent role as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Jaipur Marriott, where he successfully led operations at a 374-room property, recognized for having the highest F&B venue inventory in Jaipur. His strategic focus on guest satisfaction, team training, and revenue growth positioned the property as a preferred destination for both business and wedding segments.
Chetan’s career spans iconic properties such as Rambagh Palace, Taj Lake Palace, The Oberoi Udaivilas, and INOX, where he consistently delivered exceptional guest experiences, maximized departmental profitability, and led high-performing teams across F&B, operations, and guest services.
In his new role, Chetan will oversee all food and beverage operations at the resort, focusing on enhancing guest satisfaction, optimizing F&B revenues, and curating unique dining experiences that reflect the heritage and vibrancy of Jaisalmer.
