Flying Sparrow Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Diksha Sinha as its new Senior Human Resources Manager
Diksha Sinha is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leading people strategies, organisational development, and talent management across the hospitality and corporate sectors. Throughout her career, she has held key HR leadership roles with reputable organisations, where she has driven employee engagement, strengthened workplace culture, and aligned HR initiatives with business goals.
Prior to joining Flying Sparrow Hotels & Resorts, Diksha served as Senior HR Executive at Radisson Blu, Indore, Human Resources Manager at Ireo Private Limited, Corporate Human Resources Manager at Amatra Hotels & Resorts, and Human Resources Manager at Regenta Suites Gurugram by Royal Orchid. Through these assignments, she has gained diverse experience in managing workforce operations, organisational transformation, and strategic HR interventions.
Diksha is recognised for her people-centric leadership approach, strong business partnering capabilities, and commitment to creating high-performance work environments. She brings proven expertise in strategic human resource planning, employee relations, talent acquisition and retention, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and organisational change management. Her strengths also include HRMS implementation, process optimisation, compliance management, compensation and benefits administration, workforce analytics, learning and development, and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Academically, Diksha holds a Post Graduate degree from Oriental College of Management, Bhopal and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Mats University, Raipur. Her educational background, combined with her practical experience, enables her to effectively bridge business goals with people strategies.
