DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Airport has announced the appointment of two seasoned hospitality professionals to its leadership team: Chef Tushar Das as Executive Chef and Ranjeet Singh as Food & Beverage Manager

These appointments reinforce the hotel’s commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences and dynamic food and beverage offerings at the brand’s largest property in India near Bengaluru Airport.

Chef Tushar Das joins as Executive Chef, bringing over 15 years of culinary leadership experience across leading five-star hotels in India and the Middle East. In his role, he will lead the hotel’s culinary strategy, overseeing menu innovation, kitchen operations, and quality standards across restaurants and banquet operations. Prior to this appointment, Tushar served as Executive Sous Chef with Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Bengaluru, and has held senior culinary roles with renowned hospitality brands including Radisson, Avasa Hotel, The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, JW Marriott Jaipur, and Vivanta by Taj. Known for his hands-on leadership and specialisation in Western and Italian cuisine, he also brings valuable expertise from multiple successful hotel pre-openings.

Ranjeet Singh joins as Food & Beverage Manager, bringing more than 13 years of experience in bar and restaurant operations across leading international hospitality brands. In his role, he will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations, driving beverage innovation, menu engineering, and service excellence across all outlets. Prior to joining DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Airport, Ranjeet served as Food & Beverage Manager with Marriott International at Moxy Bengaluru Airport and previously as Beverage Manager at Sheraton Grand Hotel Whitefield. His international exposure also includes several years with Shangri-La Group in Dubai, where he managed the premium lounge, bar, and various restaurant concepts.

On his appointment, Ranjeet Singh said, “I am excited to be part of the DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Airport team and look forward to curating engaging food and beverage experiences that blend creativity, quality, and warm hospitality.”
