Conrad Maldives Rangali Island announced the appointment of Dwayne Krisko as its Culinary Director.
An experienced Culinary Director and Chef, Dwayne Krisko will be responsible for overseeing both the culinary, and food and beverage operations of the resort including the guest’ culinary journey, special events and sustainability practises, instilling his expertise and vision across the menu offering and operations across the resort’s bespoke award winning 12 restaurants and bars.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Dwayne brings over 20 years of culinary experience working in luxury hotels and resorts. His career includes leadership positions at One and Only and St. Regis hotels. Dwayne first started his career in Florida, but it has taken him all over the world to countries including Thailand, Qatar, Jordan, Dubai, Lebanon, and the UK, honing his skills in all aspects of F&B and culinary operations.
Dwayne Krisko is coming to Conrad Maldives Rangali Island from VinGroup in Hanoi Vietnam as Executive Culinary Director where he launched multiple new concepts including a wellness menu and managed on-island rejuvenation and eco projects. Prior to this, Dwayne held the title of Culinary Director at One & Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives.
