A seasoned professional with over two decades in hospitality, Ekant Sabharwal has worked with renowned brands like Hyatt, Wyndham, Leela, Hilton, Pride Plaza, and Radisson Hotel Group. Known for his expertise in guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and leadership, he brings a proven record of driving profitability and creating high-performing teams. 

The Golkonda Hotel is a four Star business chic hotel in a heart of Hyderabad and only moments away from the city’s main commercial, IT, shopping and entertainment hubs. Beautifully furnished in contemporary style, provides a distinctive level of luxury, comfort and value for money, also the gateway hotel to the city from the Airport. Having started his career in, Front Office Ekant brings with him a unique, operations-led perspective to leadership. His hands-on approach and meticulous attention to detail have shaped his career across renowned hotels in both city and leisure destinations. Prior to joining The Golkonda Hotel, Hyderabad he held Director Rooms positions at Rasisson BLU MBD, Noida, luxury five star delux properties and played key roles in the successful launch of multiple hotels across Delhi NCR. 

Ekant holds a degree from IHM Jaipur and, at Radisson Hotel Group, he has played an important role in enhancing guest journeys, strengthening team culture and supporting sustainability efforts, all while staying true to the brand’s ethos.
