Park Hyatt Chennai has announced the appointment of Ershad Mullick as its new Director of Food & Beverage

Ershad brings with him a wealth of experience in luxury hospitality, along with a strong track record in operational leadership, team development and guest engagement.
A graduate of IIHM Kolkata, Ershad began his journey in hospitality right here at Park Hyatt Chennai, laying the foundation for what has become a remarkable career in the industry. Over the years, he has held several key roles within the Hyatt family, including Banquet Manager at Hyatt Pune, Director of Restaurants at Andaz Delhi, and most recently, Director of Food & Beverage at Hyatt Regency Kolkata.
Prior to rejoining Park Hyatt Chennai, Ershad served as General Manager – Operations at the Hungry & Thirsty group, a chain of luxury restaurants, where he was instrumental in driving operational excellence and innovation.
His return to Park Hyatt Chennai marks a full-circle moment, bringing back a seasoned leader who embodies Hyatt’s values and deeply understands the expectations of our guests.
