Holiday Inn Express has announced the promotion of Faisal Khan to Hotel Manager at Holiday Inn Express Nashik Indira Nagar


Faisal has been associated with the brand since 2018 and has demonstrated strong operational insight and consistent leadership through various roles. In his most recent position as Front Office Manager at Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Yeshwantpur, he contributed to improved guest satisfaction scores, strengthened team performance, and upheld core service standards.
With more than 14 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Faisal brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, guest engagement, and staff development. His work has supported performance improvements and contributed to recognitions such as Best Department of the Year (2024).
In his new role, Faisal will oversee day-to-day operations at Holiday Inn Express Nashik Indira Nagar, with a focus on delivering consistent guest experiences aligned with IHG’s standards for quality, safety and service.
