Hyatt Regency Lucknow has announced the appointment of Joyjit Chakravorty as its new General Manager
Joyjit brings with him over 26 years of distinguished experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong track record across luxury and upper-upscale hotel operations, food & beverage leadership, and full-scale property management.
Most recently, Joyjit served as General Manager – Radisson Blu Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru, following his role as General Manager– Hospitality at Krisumi, a luxury real estate development. Prior to this, he held senior leadership positions with renowned hospitality brands including Hilton, Wyndham Hotels, Marriott, The Leela, and Swissôtel.
Joyjit holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Calcutta, a Post Graduate Certification in Strategic Management from IIM Bangalore, and a qualification in Hotel & Catering Management from IIHM Kolkata. A people-centric leader, he believes in “People first, but performance always,” and is recognised for fostering empowered teams, driving strong business outcomes, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
