This property marks a significant milestone in jüSTa Hotel & Resorts’ strategic expansion across India’s key leisure destinations, strengthening its presence in Maharashtra alongside its existing property in Kolad. The upcoming hotel will be the brand’s 30th property across the country, further establishing jüSTa Hotels & Resorts as a leader in thoughtfully curated boutique luxury experiences.
The property will feature 32 elegantly designed rooms.

Currently in the construction phase, the hotel is slated for launch in April 2026.
