The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the elevation of Kevin Ashley Martis, from General Manager Sales & Marketing (Western India) to Associate Vice President Sales & Marketing (Western India)
Kavin has been working with The Fern Hotels & Resorts for more than 14 years & 8 months.
Kevin Ashley Martis brings over two decades of proven expertise in hospitality sales, having worked with leading business and leisure hotel brands such as Meluha The Fern, RODAS – An Ecotel Hotel, VITS Hotels & Resorts, Sahara Star, and Bawa Group of Hotels.
He possesses deep domain knowledge across Corporate, MICE, and Leisure segments, with a strong understanding of market dynamics in major Indian cities. His strategic involvement spans from hotel budgeting to revenue planning, ensuring business objectives are met through actionable, data-driven sales strategies.
Kevin also handles pan-India RFPs, company profiling, and targeted account penetration, ensuring optimal revenue extraction through effective team management and guidance. He is adept at conducting market research, feasibility studies for new properties, and staying updated with evolving trends in today’s tech-enabled hospitality environment.
Currently, he oversees the Sales & Marketing functions for all Regional Sales Offices in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, and Surat, along with hotels and resorts across Mumbai, Gujarat, and Goa.
