With over 25 years of experience in customer service and operational leadership, Manoj brings deep expertise across the hospitality and diversified business sectors.
His distinguished career includes associations with leading brands such as The Leela, InterContinental Hotels, ITC Grand Central, Royal Palms, Ramada Powai, JW Marriott Chandigarh, and most recently Mainstreet Equity Corp, Edmonton, Canada.
In his new role, Manoj will focus on enhancing guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and reinforcing The Zion Hotel Shimla’s positioning as a premier hospitality destination.
