Westin Hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of 30 brands, has announced the opening of The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa, marking the brand’s debut in Jaipur. The launch also represents a milestone for Marriott International, as the property becomes its 200th hotel in India. The announcement comes as the company continues efforts to broaden access and engagement across the country, including through the recent expansion of its Hindi-language website.

Located across nine acres at the foothills of the Aravali range, The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa reflects Marriott’s growing focus on India as a key market and extends Westin’s wellness-led hospitality approach within the country. The resort combines a natural setting with the brand’s emphasis on balance, restoration, and well-being.

The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa brings the brand’s wellness positioning into a Rajasthani context. Architectural elements blend Balinese-inspired design with Jaipur’s traditional craftsmanship, creating a restrained and calming visual identity. The arrival experience is shaped by water features, open courtyards, and the brand’s signature White Tea scent, while design details such as custom décor fabrics and a chandelier inspired by the cosmic dance of Radha and Krishna anchor the lobby space.

Central to the guest experience are Westin’s Pillars of Well-being—Sleep Well, Eat Well, and Move Well—which guide the resort’s integrated offerings. The property houses 135 rooms, suites, and private villas. Villas feature private gardens and plunge pools, while all accommodations include the brand’s Heavenly Bed, reinforcing Westin’s focus on restorative sleep.

Fitness and movement are supported through a 24-hour WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio equipped with Technogym machines, Sculpt & Flow Kits by Bala, Recover & Recharge Kits by Hyperice, mapped jogging routes, a cricket turf, and a multi-purpose court suitable for pickleball, badminton, and basketball.

Dining spans four venues aligned with the Eat Well pillar. Harvest, the all-day restaurant, follows a farm-to-fork philosophy, while Ira presents regional Rajasthani cuisine through a contemporary lens. Haven Bar & Coffee Lounge is positioned as a relaxed social space, and the Pool Bar offers refreshments and cocktails in an outdoor setting.

The Heavenly Spa by Westin features five treatment rooms offering natural and restorative therapies. The resort also includes meeting spaces, ballrooms, and expansive lawns designed to host corporate events and destination weddings. Family-focused facilities include the Westin Family Kids’ Club with curated programming for younger guests.

Additional experiences such as the Rangilo Aangan evening tea and regional art performances aim to connect guests with local culture. The resort also serves as a base for visiting nearby landmarks including Amer Fort and Nahargarh Fort, while offering a tranquil on-site retreat for those seeking rest and rejuvenation.

The opening further underlines Marriott’s long-term commitment to India’s hospitality sector. As part of the Marriott Bonvoy ecosystem, which connects nearly 260 million members worldwide, travellers gain access to a wide range of experiences, rewards, and destinations across India. The company continues to focus on expanding choice, strengthening guest engagement, and reinforcing its presence in one of the world’s fastest-growing travel markets.

Kiran Andicot, Senior Vice President, South Asia, Marriott International, said, “Celebrating the opening of our 200th property in India is a defining moment for Marriott International and a reflection of the continued trust our guests and owners place in our brands.
