Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirappalli has announced the appointment of Pramod Singh Kanyal as its new Director of Operations.
Pramod brings over 16 years of extensive, hands-on experience in Food and Beverage operations and has built strong expertise across restaurant management, catering, and event operations. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a consistent commitment to excellence and has earned recognition as a natural leader known for driving revenue growth, elevating guest satisfaction, and delivering operational excellence.
His professional journey spans senior leadership roles with globally renowned hospitality brands including Accor, Marriott International, Starwood, and Hyatt. In these positions, he successfully led teams, introduced innovative practices, and strengthened service standards. His ability to develop high-performing teams and craft memorable guest experiences reflects his deep dedication to the true spirit of hospitality.
In his new role, Pramod will oversee day-to-day hotel operations, steering efficiency, innovation, and service excellence. He will also contribute significantly to reinforcing Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirappalli’s commitment to exceptional hospitality and enhancing its positioning as a preferred destination for business and leisure travellers.
