Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC) – Managed by Accor & Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre, has announced the appointment of Mayank Panwar as the new Associate Director of Sales
With over 12 + years of rich experience in the hospitality industry, Mayank brings extensive expertise in corporate sales, MICE business, leisure sales, revenue management, and strategic account handling. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving sales growth, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across key markets.
In his most recent role at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort & Spa, Mayank served as Senior Sales Manager – MICE (PCO, EMC’s & Corporate), where he was instrumental in driving MICE and corporate business, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the property. Prior to this, he has held significant sales roles with leading hospitality brands including Hyatt Regency Gurgaon and Radisson Blu Amritsar, building a strong foundation across corporate, MICE, and travel trade segments.
Bringing a wealth of industry experience, Mayank is widely recognised for his result-oriented approach, strong market acumen, and deep expertise in corporate sales, MICE, revenue planning, and account management across key markets including Delhi-NCR and Mumbai.

In his role as Associate Director of Sales, Mayank Panwar will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, strengthening the corporate and MICE segments, building key partnerships, and positioning the property as a preferred destination for conventions, exhibitions, and large-scale events.
