THV has signed a new 72-key Mercure hotel in Haridwar’s SIDCUL area under its master franchise arrangement with Accor and InterGlobe

Treebo Hospitality Ventures (THV) has signed a new Mercure hotel in Haridwar’s SIDCUL industrial area under its master franchise arrangement with Accor and InterGlobe. The development brings Accor’s midscale Mercure brand to one of North India’s most prominent business and spiritual destinations, meeting rising demand for branded accommodation in the region.
Haridwar remains a revered spiritual hub while SIDCUL has emerged as a fast-growing centre for commerce. The location attracts a diverse mix of pilgrims, tourists and business travellers working across pharmaceuticals, FMCG and engineering. The upcoming Mercure hotel is positioned to serve both segments with professionally managed hospitality aligned with international quality benchmarks.
The hotel will offer 72 well-appointed rooms, contemporary amenities, a multi-cuisine restaurant and flexible event spaces suited for social functions and business MICE requirements. With SIDCUL’s strong industrial presence, the property is expected to attract corporate executives, project teams and travellers seeking dependable midscale accommodation. Mercure’s focus on local connection will allow guests to experience the cultural character of Haridwar while benefiting from global service standards.
India’s mid-market hospitality segment continues to expand, supported by economic momentum and increasing travel aspirations. The new Mercure aims to capture this demand with a combination of affordability, efficiency and locally influenced design that appeals to both business and spiritual travellers.
THV’s master franchise arrangement with Accor and InterGlobe strengthens plans to scale world-class midscale hotels across high-potential Indian markets. The Mercure Haridwar signing reflects the group’s shared commitment to operational excellence and guest experiences rooted in authenticity.
