The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula, Vignette Collection by IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Neelabh Chugh as the new General Manager
In his new role, Neelabh will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, while leading the property’s strategic direction and commercial performance as it prepares to welcome guests as the first Vignette Collection hotel in India and South West Asia.
Neelabh joins The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula, Vignette Collection by IHG with over 29 years of hospitality experience across leading international and Indian hotel brands. Over the course of his career, he has been associated with Marriott Hotels, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotel Group, Taj Group of Hotels, Hyatt Hotels Corporation and IHG Hotels & Resorts, holding leadership positions across Delhi, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Ludhiana. His experience spans hotel operations, pre-openings, and hotel repositioning projects.
An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow, and the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Neelabh has successfully led three hotel pre-openings and two hotel repositioning projects during his career. His appointment at The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula, Vignette Collection by IHG marks his fourth hotel pre-opening.
