NILE Hospitality has announced the signing of its seventh Hampton by Hilton hotel, located at Navi Mumbai International Airport
The 90-key property marks NILE’s first signed hotel in the Mumbai metropolitan region, extending the company’s rapidly growing footprint with Hilton into one of India’s most important commercial and transit hubs.
A Growing Strategic Partnership
The signing builds on the strategic licensing agreement NILE Hospitality entered with Hilton to develop 75 Hampton by Hilton hotels across India, marking the brand’s entry into the country’s upper-midscale segment. Hampton by Hilton is the world’s leading upper-midscale hotel brand, with more than 3,100 hotels and 357,000+ rooms open across 46 countries and territories, and a development pipeline of over 775 additional properties.
In January 2026, Hampton was named the No. 1 hotel franchise on Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500® for a record-extending 17th consecutive year, and ranked No. 8 overall on the list – one of 12 Hilton brands recognized that year across Hilton’s 26-brand portfolio. Since NILE’s licensing agreement with Hilton, the company has moved quickly to bring Hampton’s signature blend of reliable comfort, complimentary hot breakfast, and contemporary design to fast-growing cities across India — and this latest signing continues that momentum into the heart of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Why Navi Mumbai
Navi Mumbai’s proximity to the Navi Mumbai International Airport positions it as one of India’s most significant emerging business and connectivity hubs, with rising demand driven by the airport itself, expanding commercial and industrial corridors, and steady growth in corporate and leisure travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. For NILE Hospitality, the signing is more than its seventh Hampton – it is the company’s first hotel signed in the Mumbai market, a milestone that establishes NILE’s presence in India’s largest and most competitive hospitality market at a moment of significant infrastructure-led transformation for the region. The hotel is expected to open in 2030.
