With over 18 years of experience across ultra-luxury hotels and destination resorts in India, Mauritius, and Morocco, Nishal is a dynamic hospitality leader known for elevating guest experiences, driving performance, and shaping strong luxury brand identities. An alumnus of the renowned Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development, he brings deep expertise in operations, strategy, and service excellence.
Nishal began his career in Finance at The Oberoi Beach Resort, Mauritius, where he discovered his passion for managing luxury hotels and crafting exceptional guest journeys. He progressed through Food & Beverage leadership roles, eventually serving as Executive Assistant Manager at The Oberoi Marrakech and, most recently, Hotel Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore. Across these landmark properties, he has strengthened brand positioning, enhanced profitability, and driven market-leading performance in competitive luxury environments.
