Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC) & Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre – Managed by Accor have announced the appointment of Nitesh Bairwa as the new Executive Housekeeper
With over 16 years of rich experience in the hospitality industry, Nitesh brings extensive expertise in housekeeping operations, hotel pre-openings, quality management, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated excellence in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, operational efficiency, and service quality across leading hospitality brands.
In his previous role at The Westin Jaipur, Nitesh was serving as Executive Housekeeper, where he played a key role in leading housekeeping operations and ensuring exceptional quality standards.
Bringing a wealth of industry experience, Nitesh is recognised for his meticulous attention to detail, operational excellence, and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Sharing his thoughts on the new role, Nitesh said, “I am excited to join Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre & JECC – Managed by Accor and look forward to contributing towards maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences across the property.”
In his role as Executive Housekeeper, Nitesh will be responsible for leading the housekeeping operations, maintaining brand quality standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, driving operational efficiencies, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property.
