Fairfield by Marriott Sriperumbudur has announced the appointment of Nitin Bhapkar as its Hotel Manager

With more than 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Nitin brings proven operational expertise and an unwavering commitment to service excellence. His leadership is expected to further strengthen the hotel’s positioning as a preferred choice for both business and leisure travelers.
Nitin Bhapkar steps into this role following his elevation from Director of Operations at Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR, where he demonstrated strong leadership and operational acumen.
Over the course of his career, he has been associated with some of the world’s leading hospitality brands, including Marriott International, Accor, and Taj Hotels. Renowned for his innovative approach to Food and Beverage operations, he has earned multiple accolades and prestigious nominations in recognition of his significant contributions to the industry. Prior to his tenure at Four Points, he successfully led the Food and Beverage division at Novotel IBIS ORR Bengaluru, overseeing complex operations with distinction.
An alumnus of Sinhagad Education Society’s Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Lonavala–Pune, Nitin graduated with First Class honors in Hotel Management, Travel, and Tourism. A firm believer that learning never stops, he is currently pursuing a Management Development Program from the Indian School of Hospitality

In his new capacity at Fairfield by Marriott Sriperumbudur, Nitin Bhapkar will oversee hotel operations with a strategic focus on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, sustainability initiatives, and financial performance. His leadership will play a key role in driving growth and reinforcing Fairfield by Marriott’s global standards of hospitality.
