Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC) and Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre, managed by Accor, have announced the appointment of Prashant Dubey as Associate Director of Sales
Prashant Dubey brings over 12 years of hospitality experience across corporate sales, MICE, leisure business and strategic account management
With more than 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Dubey brings extensive expertise across corporate sales, leisure sales, MICE business, revenue planning and strategic account management. Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in driving sales growth, developing long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities across important markets.
Prior to joining JECC and Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre, Dubey served as Associate Director of Sales at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort & Spa. In this role, he independently managed the Mumbai market, focusing on strategic business development, corporate acquisitions and strengthening key client partnerships.
Commenting on his appointment, Dubey said, “I am excited to join JECC- Managed by Accor & Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and look forward to contributing towards the continued growth of the property by building strong industry relationships, creating impactful business opportunities, and delivering meaningful results for the organisation.”
In his new role, Dubey will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, strengthening the corporate and MICE segments, building key partnerships and positioning the property as a preferred destination for conventions, exhibitions and large-scale events.
