With over two decades of rich culinary experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Raameshwar brings with him a deep passion for food, strong operational leadership, and a refined culinary vision. Having worked with prestigious hotel brands and under globally acclaimed chefs, he is known for his innovative yet rooted approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Throughout his career, Chef Raameshwar has successfully conceptualised and led signature restaurant offerings, managed large-scale banqueting and event operations, and curated bespoke culinary experiences that resonate with guests. His expertise spans global cuisines, modern cooking techniques, and the thoughtful use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients, seamlessly blended with traditional recipes that reflect his roots and culinary heritage.
In his new role, Chef Raameshwar will spearhead the entire culinary operations at Radisson Blu Pune Kharadi, driving menu innovation, quality consistency, and creative excellence across all restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining. He will work closely with the Food & Beverage, Service, and Sales teams to deliver memorable gastronomic journeys and strengthen the hotel’s positioning as a leading dining and events destination in the city.
