Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu has announced the appointment of Rabin Ranabhat as its Director of Sales
With an inspiring journey rooted in dedication, creativity, and leadership, Rabin’s appointment marks an exciting new phase in the hotel’s continued growth and commitment to excellence.
In 2016, Rabin joined the Hyatt family as a Guest Service Associate at Hyatt Regency Kathmandu, spending over two and a half years refining his service excellence and leadership abilities. His dedication and interpersonal skills made him a standout within the Hyatt brand.
The year 2018 saw him transition to Crowne Plaza Kathmandu – Soaltee as a Crowne Meeting Executive, where he strengthened client relationships and honed his event planning expertise through creativity and precision. His professionalism and commitment to excellence earned him progressive roles — Assistant Manager – Meetings & Events in 2020, Manager – Meetings & Events in 2022, and Associate Director of Meetings & Events in 2023.
Later in 2023, Rabin made a proud return to Hyatt Regency Kathmandu as Associate Director of Events. His strategic mindset, calm leadership, and consistent results soon led to a well-deserved promotion to Director of Events in 2024.
Sharing his enthusiasm about taking on the role of Director of Sales at Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu, Rabin Ranabhat expressed, “It is an incredible honour to step into this position at such a vibrant and forward-thinking property.
