Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal has announced the appointment of Raghuvir G Gurjale as its new Director of Sales

Bringing more than 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Raghuvir has built a distinguished career across leading hotel brands with expertise in sales, business development, customer relationship management and hotel operations.
In his new role, he will be responsible for driving the hotel’s commercial strategy, strengthening market positioning, enhancing brand visibility and leading the sales and marketing team to deliver sustained business growth.
Before joining Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, Raghuvir served as Multi Property Director of Sales for Courtyard by Marriott Trichy and Madurai, where he played a key role in accelerating revenue performance and building strategic business relationships. Over the years, he has held leadership positions with several renowned hospitality brands, including Four Points by Sheraton Convention Hotel & Resort- Mahabalipuram, Accord Metropolitan Chennai, Raintree Annasalai, Hilton Chennai, Radisson Blu Hotel Chennai City Centre, The Park Chennai and The Oberoi Group.
Known for his results-driven approach and strong client relationship skills, Raghuvir has consistently demonstrated excellence in building high-performing teams, nurturing key accounts and delivering innovative sales strategies. His appointment marks an exciting chapter for Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal as the hotel continues to strengthen its position as one of Bengaluru’s preferred destinations for business and social events.

Raghuvir G Gurjale holds a diploma in hotel management, catering technology, and applied nutrition from the Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai.
